The Small Fender Corner from Slammer Marine intersects with the Small Standard Fender to form a corner and is not an “L” shaped single part fender. The small corner fender and small standard fender slide laterally at the corner to create the 90 degree intersection. The Small Corner Fender is designed to offer dependable, in-position protection for the most vulnerable areas of your dock. With a curved face measuring 5 inches in height and 3 inches in thickness, this compact solution provides consistent impact absorption where it’s needed most, at the corners. Unlike traditional hanging fenders that rely on constant repositioning and guesswork, this corner dock fender stays fixed in place, offering a reliable barrier between your boat and dock, even during poor landings. One of the key benefits of the corner fender design is its versatility. It is designed for horizontal mounting applications, making it ideal for a wide range of docking scenarios. Sail Newport has invested in three different sized fendering options from Slammer Marine over the last five years. We chose the fendering because of the installation process being far more durable than their competitors as well as the size range options of the fenders.
