Two Year WarrantyStormfender-warrantyEvery product made by StormFender LLC is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the fender is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use.Excluded from this warranty are fenders that have become useless from cuts or punctures, or disfigured from continued wear or use, or products that have been exposed to extreme heat or solvents that degrade fender components.This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or penalties and does not assume the liability of the purchaser or others for injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the fender. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, the fender or any part or component that is deemed defective. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.StormFender LLC reserves the right to modify products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Fenders repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.Damaged fenders must be returned directly to StormFender, in the original packaging or adequate cardboard packaging, round-trip freight prepaid. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) with the fender or fender component.How To Get Your Fender Back Along Side• Submit a warranty claim by contacting StormFender at (800) 295-3464, or by completing our Warranty Request Form below. A member of the StormFender Shore Team will gather more information if necessary to validate your request.
