Slammer Warranty

Personal Use Warranty: 4-Year

Non-fleece covered products made by Slammer Marine for personal use are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for four years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the Slammer dock fender is used commercially, structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Fleece covered products for personal use are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.

Excluded from this warranty are fenders that have become useless from cuts or punctures, or disfigured from continued wear or use, or products that have been exposed to extreme heat or solvents that degrade fender components.

This warranty does not provide a remedy for damage to the product caused by misuse, installation workmanship, acts of God including lightening, wind storm, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood or other similar severe weather or similar natural phenomena; design, application or construction of the structure or surface to which Slammer is installed or damage resulting from Owner’s failure to maintain the structure/surface to which Slammer is attached.

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any special, incidental or consequential damages or penalties and Slammer Marine does not assume liability of purchaser or others for any injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the Slammer fender. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the fender or any part or component that is deemed defective. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Slammer reserves the right to modify products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Fenders repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Damaged fenders must be returned directly to Slammer, in the original packaging or adequate cardboard packaging, round-trip freight prepaid. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) with the fender or fender component.

Commercial Use Warranty: 2-Year

Every product, made by Slammer for commercial use is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the fender is structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Fleece covered products are not intended for commercial use are not warranted against defects in material and workmanship if installed for commercial application.
